With half a century of property development experience, the founders of Forshaw Land & Property Group know what it takes to create a profitable investment opportunity.

With their developments spanning the whole of the UK, they believe in taking unloved land and forgotten buildings and turning them into the unique spaces that bring land back to life. Forshaw’s existing brand needed a refresh, it needed to reflect their solid business proposition and stand out in a crowded marketplace. It also had to work in a multitude of places, from digital to environmental graphics around developments.

Brand Device

For the brand mark Absolute created an isometric graphic ‘F’ which resembled a solid building structure and worked well as a graphic device on all Forshaw’s collateral. With the company having many facets this was colour coded to differentiate between the different areas of the business. The brand mark will be rolled out to all future marketing assets from property perimeter hoardings to project animation visuals and collateral.

Web Design and Development

Due to Forshaw Land and Properties unique proposition, we had to develop a fully bespoke backend content management system (CMS) to allow them to easily manage any new developments online. The website had two clear user groups - Property investors, but also private residential buyers.

Each user group had slightly different “wants” and “needs” from the website. The backend system has been developed to allow Forshaw the ability to showcase the new and exciting opportunities it has available, but also showcase the completed successful projects all over the country.
