Absolute hot appointments


Rebecca Holden




Absolute makes a substantial investment and bolsters its team to drive forward its ambitious growth strategy.

Serving a high profile client base including Manchester City, Keoghs and a number of universities across the UK, Absolute prides itself on the calibre of its people.

Rebecca Holden joins as Marketing and Communications Manager having held various senior marketing positions on both client and agency side over the last 16 years. Rebecca has been brought on board to develop and implement Absolute’s marketing strategy and content production.

Martin Dixon, joins the agency as Head of Client Services having recently spent over 3 years at Refinery where he was Account Director. Martin has over 15 years’ creative industry experience working for high profile integrated agencies across the north of England in various account management roles.

Joe Jackson joins Absolute as an Account Manager. Joe gained his degree in Advertising and Brand Management in 2011 and has worked at a number of agencies. He joins the business from Motionlab.   

Mike Wood joins Absolute as a designer having recently graduated from UCLan with BA (Hons) in Graphic Design and has almost a year’s agency experience.
