Team Khan approached Absolute to work with the British boxer to revitalise his brand on the run up to a major fight in Las Vegas.
The brief primarily revolved around Khan’s online presence – the end goal was to cement his website as the #1 place for fans to get the latest news from Team Khan and connect with Amir, and to increase merchandise sales

Amir Khan's existing site had become cluttered and slow, with content not displayed in a clear manner. In the world of sports marketing, for such a high profile athlete it just did not cut the mustard. Absolute worked hard on making sure the website had all the information needed and was accessible to all Amir’s fans worldwide bringing together news, blogs, videos and social media alongside a dedicated ecommerce website.

Web Design and Development
Absolute built a new platform from scratch, which make updates easy and quick for Team Khan to implement. We wanted to make the site more "sticky" and get fans returning on a more regular basis, via the inclusion of regular and exclusive content. ews articles on the new site are integrated with Facebook commenting to bring closer these two audiences and get more discussion happening on the website. Fans can also access feeds from Amir and Team Khan’s twitter accounts easily. An innovative statistics page gives fans a detailed insight into Khan’s boxing career in an infographic format, whilst an in-depth fights page plots every one of Amir’s professional fights on an interactive timeline.
Absolute were involved in the design and creation of a whole range of apparel, working directly with Amir to design the ever-expanding collection. This ranged from exclusive fight t-shirts through to training kits and tracksuits for both leisure and training.
